J30JZ Series Micro-Rectangular Electrical Connectors
The J30JZ series connectors offer modular, ergonomic, robust, and reliable circular multi-pole connectors, suitable for applications requiring quick and secure push-pull latching. ■ Specifications: 10 types with 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100 contacts
■ Contact grid (viewed from the mating end face): pitch 1.27mm, row spacing 1.1mm
■ Plug: Stranded elastic twisted wire pins with low insertion/extraction force, featuring low mating force, high contact reliability, and long mechanical life
■ Suitable conductor cross-sectional area: 0.1mm²~0.15mm²
■ Compared with standard J30J products of the same specification, this series has smaller external dimensions: length reduced by at least 5mm, width reduced by at least 2.9mm, height reduced by at least 2mm. Its volume is only about 40% of standard J30J products, making it a micro-rectangular electrical connector with reasonable and reliable structure.
■ For applications requiring higher thread strength and shell strength, corresponding products with stainless steel shell material can be selected according to the naming rules.
■ Product performance complies with GJB2446 requirements, equivalent to U.S. Military Standard MIL-DTL-83513
